Hello,
This just started happening…every time I hit "File–New" the computer acts as if it has opened up a new file somewhere that I cannot see. I reinstalled the app and everything. If I hit my close window button it restores my ability to get to the menus and things. I have tried closing all the windows and redoing it, reinstalling video driver, but cannot seem to get the result I need. I can Open other documents already in existence, but I cannot make a new one…I never even get a dialog box asking for size info. I tried changing the screen resolution, opening a document, hitting copy, and then opening a new document to force it to a certain size….no luck. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Erik
