I have monitor spanning set up for 2 monitors, but even when I turn it off, my windows for some adjustment settings aren’t showing such as Hue/Saturation, Re size Image, and Selective Color. I have reset palette locations, and re installed twice. doesn’t show much, but here are some captures.
