Request help finding a color correction plug-in for PS

I have been trying to locate a color plug-in I saw a year or so ago.

The plug-in adjusted the colors based on your selecting common items within your picture.

For example you could adjust your scenic photo by:
1. Select the sky button and the select the blue sky in you pic.
2. Select the grass button and the select a grassy area in your pic.
3. select the skin button and then select a face in your pic.

With each step you can see the affect of your selection.

It sure seemed to make it to make adjustments, especially for a PS beginner.
