Print to Neato’s jew case template

Has anyone ever successfully use Neato’s USJCtray template to print from Photoshop CS? I’m trying to use Neato’s USJCtray template in Photoshop to print but the picture always appear in the middle of the page instead of as directred by the template. Any suggestion?
