viewing thumbnails in img viewer..

this is in XnView (don’t know where else to ask..) does anybody know why on some .psd images it won’t show thumbnails (pls see screen-shot at address above..) thank you.. Frances

no preview image saved…ie no thumbnail in the header file.,..hence no thumbnail

I see.. but when I try to do ‘save as’ on this image ‘thumbnail’ option is grayed out..
??????????????????

(most imgs I save no problem here.. saves thumbnail by default.. this is why I hadn’t even noticed this option before..)
