ATopSoft has just released ATopSoft AutoSave 2.0 (for Windows only).

AutoSave is a utility that can automatically save your edits and modifications periodically, and auto backup your Photoshop documents before auto saving. The backup file count can be configed from 1 to unlimited.
Almost all kinds of editors, graphics editor(for example, Photoshop), text editor(notepad, Word, etc) and other kinds of editors, can be automatically saved by AutoSave.
AutoSave is a general purpose utility, it can auto save a number of commonly used application. However, we’ve just added the auto backup feature for Photoshop, now AutoSave is more useful and powerful for Photoshop artists.
By using AutoSave, you can easily protect your work from forgetting saving files manually.
