Hello!

Unfortunately I have uninstalled Photoshop CS2 unproperly. Now I want to install Creative Suite 2.
The installer tells me, that I have a former installation of CS2 that must be uninstalled before a new can be installed.

I have deleted all I could find in the registry related to CS2, but nothing seems to help.
Does anybody know where in the registry adobe looks for
earlyer installations?

I recently needed to remove all traces of CS2 from my computer before attempting a reinstall. I was directed by Adobe Technical support to Adobe Technical Document 331300 which outlines the steps necessary to accomplish this including removing registry entries. You can find this document simply by Googling "331300"

Been through many miles with many registries; if it’s not earth-shattering, I strongly recommend reinstalling the OS from scratch. Too many persistant handlers to track.

Always keep a backup image of your PS or CS drive — always, always, always.

U are an idiot. Mac computer are no easier to use than a PC. They just charge you double and their is very little options that you can get into trouble with. You can fuck up a mac just as easily as you can a PC. Quess that is why Apple has now picked the PC hardware to run their future on. Might be just because it is so much cheaper to get high power hardware to run their high priced Unix based software on.
