colors in PS7 compared to Image Ready are different!

I like the colors I see in Photoshop but when I switch to image Ready, they alter. What should I be doing to keep them the same?

Read and understand that chapter on "Color Management" in your manual.

Understand, too, that Photoshop does color management; Web browsers (by default) do not. Therefore, the colors you see in Photoshop will not match the colors you see in a Web browser.
