Picture Package in Photoshop CS does not work

Everytime I try to open picture package in Photoshop CS, it leaves a message: "cannot find any layout files in presets/layouts." second message is: "could not complete the Picture Package command because the file could not be found." I installed the Photoshop CS under directory G:, and the presets/layouts files are under the Photoshop CS directory. I am running Windows XP Pro. Anyone ever encountered similar problem?
