see that website, It is for a template in TemplateMonster website, I would to know how can I make this navigation bar? I mean how can I divide that rectangle that I intend to make as a navigation bar and divide it to look as beveled or something?

Not really sure if this is what you’re asking. Create the shape of the tool bar on it’s own layer then double click on the layer and apply bevel/emboss.
