Palettes in Photoshop

I am working with Photoshop CS2 and I am wondering if it is possible to hide every palettes at teh same time with a click (or two). Of course, I would like to show every palettes at the same time wih a click o two. Is this possible?

Tab

With Shift+ Tab you can hide/show the palettes, without the Tool Palette disappearing

(And Ctrl+ Tab lets you switch between open documents in PS)
