In Photoshop Elements , there is a shortcuts bar – it has a button for undo/redo, new, open, save, so on and so forth (it’s the bar noted at ‘2’ in this picture < http://www.arraich.com/images/elements/elements_window75.gif>).
However, in my copy of Photoshop 7.0, I can’t find out if the shortcuts bar is available or not. Any idea, or am I missing something horribly obvious?
