Enquiry form stop working

Hi

We have a simple enquiry form on our website that until this week was working fine. We’ve had a few calls this week saying that it wasn’t working. Nothing has changed. We uploaded a backup of the page & even the site but it still refuses to respond to the ‘submit’ or ‘reset’ buttons.

Could some kind person have a look at it for me to see if they can find out why?

Okay – it doesn’t respond for me with Firefox. I checked the JavaScript Console and got a boatload of errors, mostly undeclared variables like:

I plugged your page into the W3C Validator <http://validator.w3.org/> and well, you’ve got issues. At least 72 errors. It’s not W3C compliant so I’m surprised it worked for a while even.

Just had a quick look at it, and seems like the FORM tag is missing, so it doesn’t know what to do when submit is pressed.
