How to cut out predefined part of image? (I need set rectangle with exact width/height and cut out this frame), Photoshop 7.0

With the Marquee tool, M on keyboard, select "fixed size" in the Style box on the Options Bar.
Then type your size into the width and height boxes, et voila.
