Have a delima. Just installed Adobe Design CS3 Premium on one of my workstations. Using Photoshop—when I open a previously created LAYERED with type layers document I get a "could not complete your request because of a program error".

Then…when I create a new doc and a couple of layers AND then try to add a type layer that I would type in I get…"could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being installed."

Any help out there???

Thanks Dave, but I did that.

I have more info. I have tired multi installs. I have both CS3 web and design..so I have tried installing a completely different version of Photoshop.

No matter what I do I get this message when trying to create a text layer…"Could not complete your request because something is preventing the text engine from being initalized."

Also can’t open any .psd with type layers.

Any help???
