100, but jpeg itself is not the format to use for preserving original quality. It is a lossy format, and every time a jpg is saved, it loses more detail.

I would suggest saving your originals in PSD format and then using save for web to get the smallest jpg possible with the quality you desire. (There is no set number for this … you need to look and make a decision yourself).
