problem with batch action with certain plugins

I wish to execute a batch over a series of photograms (eg. jpeg) extracted from a video, but there are some actions that, after opening their window, require to press "Enter" or "Apply". (Try yourself, for example, using a demo of a program like Sketcher (Little Ink Pot) or others similars).
Is there a method, a trick, something to achieve this result ? Thanks
