Hi to all. My problem started 2 days ago. For a month, I had been using Photoshop cs2 properly, without any problem. But 2 days ago, Vista explorer started giving error message just after I open photoshop and see working area. Explorer says "Photoshop cs2 has stopped working" windows is searching for a solution…
I uninstalled it, and re-installed, but the problem still doesn’t go away. I performed system restore, but nonsense. What will I do? Should I remove registry entries as well? Or any other folders, files located under documents and settings? I think there should be something wrong with either Photoshop or Vista.
By the way, my OS is brand new. I installed it 1-2 months ago. There’s no problem up to now. There’s no virus in it. I protect it carefully.
My system is
Dell inspiron 6400
core 2 duo
Vista 32 bit home premium
1 gb ram, 80 gb hdd
128 mb intel int. graphics card.
Thank you for your helps.
