I was doing some work on CS3 last night and all was good. When finished I shut down the program. Later that evening I tried to start CS3 and I got the following message:
Photoshop.exe – Entry point Not Found
The procedure entry point GdipsetCompositingQuality could not be located in the dynamic link library gdiplus.dll
CS3 will not start. I did not uninstall and re-install, I only re-installed over the existing install hoping that the re-install would fix the dll but unfortunately I get the same error message.
Have any CS3 users come across this error before? It was a bit too late for me to try to uninstall and re-install. Should I try that tonight? If that does not work, what can I do?
