I have a client who just installed a 1.7 tb drive and he keeps getting the error message, "disk full" when saving to the new server. He knows he has plenty of disk space.
he’s been able to drag and drop .jps on. He also downloaded a trial version of Photoshop and they’ve been able to save to the 1.7 tb server from the newer version of PS.
Does anyone have any ideas in lieu of buying all new versions of PS? How can he solve the problem?
