Photoshop CS3 Printing on Epson 825

I can’t get the print size I have in the Photo, instead I get a small 3 X 5 picture at the top on the photo print when the size requested is 10 X 8. I use CS3 and Window XP. I can print correctly with CS2.

Any help is appreciated.
