Why does it occasionally happen that I’ll save a Photoshop image, but the identifying icon of that image will be of another image (usually nearby)? How can I prevent it from happening and change existing icons to the corresponding image?
It happens in PShop7, happened in 6 & 5 as well.

try F5. or highlight images, right click, choose "Refresh thumnails"
