Photoshop 7.0, Windows XP
When I attempt to open the file browser only the bar at the very bottom is visible. (The one with the File information pop up, View by pop up etc.)Attempting to drag the lower left corner to re-size it only brings part of it into view.(less than half) Clicking the Maximize button does nothing significant.)It was not always this way. I must have clicked something. Any suggestions please? Thank you in advance. Al Waltemyer

make sure you’re able to see the palette well (must be at desktop resolution of 1024×768 or better), then hit window> reset palette locations. the browser will jump into the well. either use it from there or carefully drag it back out and place it where you want it on your screen.

Thanks Dave – but – Pallette well is not currently visible. How do I go about achieving a desktop resolution of 1024×768 or better?

right click on and empty area of the windows desktop. select properties. select settings. set the resolution to 1024×768, hit apply, then ok. change it back the same way.
