Photoshop CS: File Browser has no option to dock in the palettes tab area?

I just got Photoshop CS after trying a tryout version of Photoshop7. But it had no option to dock in that area with all the other tabs. Is this normal or was my CD defective? I use Windows XP.

That’s normal, Phillip. FB is now toggled on and off with that little tab folder icon just to the left of the Pallette Well.
