Should be simple, I’ve got a printed document that I want to highlight, basically like using a yellow highlight pen back when life was simple before they invented computers. I’ve got PhotoShop Elements 3.

can’t seem to get layers and transparences to work they way I’d like. When I use transparency, the yellow gets too pale.

Does Elements have Blend Modes? Try Multiply.
