it happens to me randomly, wether im working on photos or not then go to open the browser and the program kinda locks up, and the browser doesnt completely come up but like the menu part of it comes up and flashes over and over till i ctrl-alt-delete and close photoshop then reopen it….this is a very big problem and only seems to happen when i have a customer coming into the studio and needs to look at something on THIS computer!!! if anyone knows any fixes PLEASE let me know, thanks!!
