Does anyone know of a filter that can simulate things like vertical folds on things like curtains or clothing? I want to apply some text to and image which contains material with folds in it, a lot like curtains or maybe someone wearing a shirt, and I would like the text to appear as though it is contouring with the folds. I have made "make do" one by experimenting with CS’s liquify filter but this is far from perfect.

I’ve used this one before:

Mouse left to "Menu" and click "Tutorials".
Click "Manipulation Tutorials" and select
"Leah’s curtains for PSPS"

ok this is is usually done using a displacement filter.

if you look up tutorials on displacement u will find what u need.

the idea is you create a black and white version of the "cloth" or "shirt" u save it in different file, than you load in when you go to the displacement filter.

try to find some tutorials, if u don’t find any , post back , and i will try to put a tutorial for ya.
