Regards,

I have a little problem with my Photoshop 7.01, it was working fine until a few days ago and I haven’t installed or modified anything. Anyway, my system platform is Win 98, I have 200 mb of RAM. You see, the problem is this: When I try to create a new file, Photoshop just crashes, I have to start it with ImageReady otherwise it crashes. Another thing, it sends me error when I try to use a Plugin that displays setting windows. I tried to reinstall it but it didn’t work.

I hope you can help me with this.

Sincerely, Maria Romero

When I try to create a new file, Photoshop just crashes

When you do File/New, do you even SEE the new file dialog box? What happens if you just hit Enter?

No, I don’t even see it. And if I hit enter, it keeps happening

What I meant was, if you hit Enter, does it create the new image window and allow you to continue?
