Is it possible to get the layers back from a flattened PSD file? I found some old images with some backgrounds I would like to use again.

Thanks

Not after you close the file. If you flatten the image and keep it open, and your number of history states allow it, you can go back in history to a layered version. But if you close the file and save it, you are out of luck. I always leave layers intact for future editing or "borrowing."

Peadge 🙂
