I thought there was a feature in PS that allows you to resize many pictures at the same time but I can’t seem to find it.

If there is such a feature, where is it? If there isn’t, where can I find a program that can do that?

I’m using PS7 and OS 10.3.

Have you tried creating an action to resize an image then running "Automate>batch"?
