save for web all at once?

Is there a way to open up more than one jpeg and use the "save for web" function and apply it to all the pictures? It is such a pain to do them one at a time. I have found other programs that do this but the quality isn’t as good.

You could create an action that does the saving for web and then patch-process a whole folder of files at once using the action. Make the action first, then choose File>Automate>Batch …
