"Scan To" function not working…

in PS CS2. Trying to scan into PS CS2 using an HP Scanjet 5373c. Click on "ScanTo" icon, pulldown menu shows Image Ready CS2 but not Photoshop CS2.
(WIN XP SP2, Dell 360, 1 GB RAM) What’s to be done?

Open Photoshop and use the import function.

Yes, that works, but it seems to take more time due to Twain Acquire step. I’ll be doing a lot of scans so any time savings is preferable…
Is there a way for PS CS2 to be placed on the pulldown list? If not I’ll probably just save these scans as Tiffs and later drag and drop them into PS. Better ways?
