Hello,
I’m new to Photoshop and Imageprocessing so please bear with me.
I want to separate a simple RGB Picture into a CMYK Picture with 1 to 3 Layers with SpotColors.
Simple Example: I have a logo with a solid grey as background and a text with a gradient. I want to separate the gradient as CMYK and the grey as addional channel with spotcolor. I must be able to save each individual channel (C,M,Y,K and SpotColor1, SpotColor2… ) into a separate Bitmap.
Is it possible to do this in PhotoShop?
And if possible, what would be the easiest way to separate the Picture?
(I only have PhotoShop 5.5)
Thanks in Advance,
Harald
