PS7 starts up then closes

PS7 upgrade under WinXP SP1 used to run OK. All of a sudden, it starts up, gets the to the Initializing message and then shuts down. Complete uninstall and clean re-install makes no difference. Any ideas?

well before anything else i would upgrade to PS7.01 and if you can XPSP2

Are you happy with the functions of PS7 and not tempted to upgrade to later version? Am I wise to buy PS7 as replacement for PS Elements 2? Many PS El3 users voice frustration.

ps7 is no longer available. 49 web purchases are pirate versions. i’d really hesitate to give my credit card # to a pirate. wait a bit and you’ll see 299 upgrades from elements to cs2. they come around every few months, it seems.
