Dear ng,
from my digital camera I transferred some jpg-images to my PC, unfortunately some with ‘red eyes’ problem … I am looking for some suggestions on how to remove this using photoshop.

If you look around the web, you will easily find some action scripts to remove red eyes. Most are free.

At least seven ways to do it.

hmm…go and use elliptical marquee tool to draw around red, use shift to do the same for the other eye.
Then go to select and give a feather depending on resolution, say 1-5 pix. Then go to image- adjustments- hue/saturation and pull the saturation slider/triangle to the left.
