I need to add the document name as text to a large number of images. Adding them one at a time by typing them is is very slow. Is there a way to copy the document (image) name and paste it? I can’t find one that works in an action.

There are scripts that do that. For instance CLICK HERE < http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm#view=sn711&a mp;viewName=Photoshop%20Extension&loc=en_us&authorid =75229156&page=0&scrollPos=0&subcatid=0&snid =sn711&itemnumber=5&extid=1044198&catid=0>. This one adds the file name and the date to the image. There are others.

Don’t be misled if the entry in the Adobe Studio Exchange says "Windows". Scripts are cross-platform, they work in both Macintosh and Windows.

Ramón,

That’s an interesting link. On my browser I get a blank screen.

Al,

Be patient. The Adobe Studio Exchange can be very slow to load sometimes. It’s a valid link.
