Order of the pallettes in the pallette well

I seem to remember that someone (from Adobe?) said you can’t change the order of the pallettes in the pallette well ….

I have Richard’s tools installed in the How to pallette and it does get in the way when it is open. Earlier today I had it open and dragged it onto the desk top …. when I came to close it I moved it to the far right of the pallette well and it closed itself and has stayed there. I thought it may have moved back when I closed Elements but it hasn’t. Really pleased about it but I thought you couldn’t do it.
