Problem with colors warping when I save

I have been using photoshop for years and whenever i saved a document the colors were always the same as the document I was saving, now whenever i save a document (save as or save for web) the colors are all warped slightly (for example pure red turns to orange) and I have absolutely no clue how to fix it, any help would be spectacular, thx in advance

I have this same problem, and I have followed the instructions in the FAQ and it still doesn’t solve my problem at all.

You converted to sRGB? Did you look at the screen shot in the FAQ? Not mentioned in that FAQ is that it might be wise to set your monitor gamma to 2.2.

I just fixed that.
