Is there anyway to ungroup a .eps file after being placed in Photoshop and do any editing to it? Or can it only be scaled, rotated, skewed, etc. once placed in PS?

Thanks.

I can only assume from that description that you’re referring to a vector based EPS file. If that’s the case…no. Open it Illustrator and edit it there.

When you open an EPS vector file in Photoshop it is rasterized and consequently there are no longer separate objects within the file.
