Marquee Tool in CS2 scrolls image off page.????

Can anyone help me stop the image scrolling of the work area when I use the Rectangular Marquee Tool on an image in ‘Full screen mode with menu’ mode? I’m using CS2 and this did not happen in Photoshop 7. Maybe it’s because I have a different mouse now. I’m using a Logitech G5 Lazer mouse.

I’ve heard many people complaining about this. Is thia normal in CS2?
