All of a sudden the help program will not load from Help drop down window. I get following message:

"Adobe Help Cannot Start
Model Subsystem Returned this error: 1034"

I have run suggested fixes under Adobe Document 319210 and same result. I also tried to remove the .GID file (found this suggestion in knowledge base) but could not find .GID file in Adobe or C drive (actually found a few old ones not related to Adobe files that had 0 KB in them and did not remove them)

Any suggestions? Thanks
Len

There is quite a bit of information about this in the FAQs which might help.

Appreciate reply but I cannot find any FAQs on this subject. Can you provide link to the area you are talking about? Thanks.

Thanks for your attempts to help. I went through everything and it still gave me the same message. Other than losing some actions, etc. is there any problem in just reinstalling CS2?
