After editing images uploaded from another computer, I am getting the following message in Photoshop Elements: "Could not save ‘(image name)’ because the file is locked. Use the ‘Properties’ Command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file." I have been unable to find that command. My OS is Windows 2000Pro and my IE is 6.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right click on image, left click on properties and change attributes from read only. This should do it for you.
