CS3 … Click on "Help".

All I get is:

This topic is in the Help system of another product. To view the topic, install that product. about:blank

What is that about?

Ummm … Photoshop. It is CS3. I just got it last week. I ordered the manual when I ordered it but didn’t receive the manual and the packing list did not indicate it on back order. I thought maybe I’d reorder some day and use "Help" for now and see how I do. I am familiar with ver.7.0 so I thought I’d be ok. For a lot of things I am ok with figuring it out. But the "Help" won’t come up when I click on it. In the mean time, I did receive the manual. It is bigger than any manual I’ve ever seen. 🙂 However, I still want "Help" to work.

I don’t know anything about CS3, but for CS2, Help was accessed through a separate application, Adobe Help Center.

Take a look at this article. While it might not be the exact error you’re receiving, and though it specifies CS2, it might have some useful information, and point you in the right direction.
