Autorun dialog box won’t appear after installing PSE2.0

After installing PSE2.0 on my HP (Windows XP) computer my autorun dialog box will not work when inserting a SD card. I’ve tried changing the settings for that drive using "properties" (by selecting that drive in My Computer and clicking properties) but the settings will not apply. Does anyone have any suggestions?
