When I draw lines and shapes, I am able to select a color for the fill, but I can’t see a stroke, change it’s size, or assisn it a color. I’ve tried going under Edit-Stroke and I can’t select that. I’ve also looked in the brush palette, but I’m unable to select anything there either. I’ve tried moving the object to different layers, making sure the object itself is still selected, and nothing is working.

Any ideas???

Double-click to get the Layer Styles dialog and select Stroke from there. Edit>Stroke is for Selections.
