Hello,

How much are you guys paying for the PSE 3 upgrade? I only paid $45 for PSE2 at Walmart last year.

Thanks,
Sandra

more than $45. If you’re eligible for an educational discount, you can get a brand new copy of PSE3 for $69. They don’t seem to offer an educational upgrade. The cheapest I’ve seen a bonafide upgrade from PSE2 -> PSE3 is about $59.

Obtained my upgrade to PSE 3.0 for $49.Freight and tax free from Amazon for $94 with $25 Amazon rebate and $20 rebate from Adobe.

I don’t believe there is really an "upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0. You have to purchase the program new as if you never had 2.0. It doesn’t install over
2.0. I keep them both on my CPU as they both have features I like, so
depending on what I will be doing depends on which version I load.

I got mine at Amazon with the $45 in rebates. That’s about as good as you can do.

Correct. There is no "upgrade" as such. Just a new program PSE 3.0 for $49 net from Amazon.

Effectively, I would call it an upgrade tho’ essentially it’s a whole new program and I got the same price from Amazon after the rebate by having the original Elements that was packaged with my scanner. I had registered the original which I am retaining since I am familiar with it. I never owned Elements 2.
