Lost Serial Number

I have the CD with Photoshop Elements 2.0 that came bundled with the Epson 3170 Photo Scanner I bought maybe 18 mos ago. Have lost the software Serial Number. Can’t install without that number. Suggestions as to how to get the serial number?

Did you ever register it? If so, you can contact Adobe. If you didn’t, then the best you can hope for is another serial number from Epson, because they bought the distribution rights from Adobe and have the serial numbers, too.

Hi Jamie, I had to phone Epson once(my new printer was missing something), and they were great, they sent whatever I needed right away.
I dont have the phone #(wish I did, as I would give it to you), but I think I found it either in the papers which came with the printer, or on their web site.
Anyway, good luck.

I have had the exact same problem and came onto site for help. I am happy that I saw your message and the answers to your question. I now will try contacting Adobe and also Epson.
