Hi there.
I do lots of stuff for tv and need to quickly add gaussian blur to entire screens I design (whilst preserving layers). I can do this in After Effects using an adjustment layer but can I in Photoshop?
I am using CS2.
So – I want to add a layer to the top of my layers palette that will apply a gaussian blur to everything below it?
Possible? Workaround?
Thanks in advance
