I can´t see Thumbnails in bridge

First sorry about my english.
I can´t see Thumbnails, by my camera Canon 1D Mark II N, extension file .CR2, any idea. Better if the answer is in spanish.

PD. already updated camera Raw 3.7, and purge my cache, and more and more

Thanks curt, but I tested CS3 and I see the thumbnails.
I have to work with CS2, I can,t update to CS3, first I´ve to amortize CS2.
