image process/resize in photosphop cs2/bridge

I need to be able to resize a large quantity of photos,( ie, change a 300 resolution, 1680×1200 pixel photo to a 72 resolution, 500×700 pixel photo?) I am using adobe photoshop CS2 on a PC, running windows XP.
